History
Ages 0-12
How strange, one must think, to see a girl with blonde hair and green eyes speaking Japanese as fluently as if it were breathing. Well, it started long ago two years before she was born. Her mother was Japanese, born and raised. It was during her last year at Tokyo University when she met Ein's father, Diederich. Her grandparents had arranged for Ein's mother to wed the wealthy young man from Germany do to her grandmother's wishes. Although he would have the official rights to the chain of successful restaurants that her mother's family owned, the one who honestly in charge of them is Ein's mother, Yukino. He was one of the investors of DEATHS and owned a gaming company. The two of them married within the year, regardless of whether they honestly loved one another or not.
Soon enough, Ein was born. Due to her lack of Japanese features her parents decided to give her a German name as well. They would have raised her as a normal German citizen, but due to a promise to Ein's grandmother, Yukino’s mother, they raised her in Japan. Her father was overseas most of the time due to his work, so she was left alone with her mother and their maids. He visited as often as he could, considering his overbearing work schedule, always managed to make some time to see her over the year. Her mother on the other hand was raring to get back to work and away from the mansion they lived at. She found the maids, of whom she had used to enjoy their company, irritating and overbearing. Yukino was not very well known for staying still at home for too long, she was a workaholic, and kept worrying about her own business more than her own daughter. Perhaps it was her “gaijin” appearance that kept her from honestly trying. It wasn't that she didn't like Diederich, she just didn't love him. She never did. As soon as she was able, she left Ein to the nannies and headed off, back to Tokyo, to work. Other than her maids, only her partner took care of her.
Throughout her entire school life she was teased of as "gaijin (foreigner)," because of her blonde hair and sea-green eyes. But, one trait she managed to obtain from her mother was how short she was. She was always the shortest one in class, which gave everyone the first impression of her being a “cutesy” little girl that is if they over look the whole “foreigner” look. This impression was quickly abolished after a few quick words. Despite her partner's persuasion, she had no patience for people she finds annoying and swiftly tells them off. Soon enough, as the other children build their own little groups and circles, Ein and Bearmon found themselves alone and separated from the others. Because of this, she grew very stressed, and soon enough she gave in to her partner's pestering and decided to join some school activities to get it off her mind. There weren't many clubs that would take her, in fact, it was hard for her to get into one with her mouth, but as soon as she held a guitar, many band students began to accept her. She found their closeness strangely comforting and it helped with the stress. It was during this time she learned how to play the piano by another one of her band mates.
Then the big concert came, Ein was selected to play a big solo, something her father and Bearmon were so proud of, but . . . She froze up. For some time, they became a laughing stalk and she quickly quit the club, despite her friends support. There were too many things on her mind; to be embarrassed and made fun of like that . . . She would rather have none of it. So, she quit the school's band, but still practices at home, reminiscing about the past with Bearmon sighing at the corner of the room in defeat.
Now, her old school had a requirement that all students had to join a club. Since she quit Band, she had to find something else. What she found was Karate. She managed to get Bearmon to digivolve the same year into Chakkumon and gave him a nickname to, Eisbär. Ice bear.
Ages 12-15 // Middle School
With her grades never dropping below a ninety-five percent, Ein is recognized, at the sweet age of thirteen, as the heir of her father's company. She has spent most of her life working towards this goal. Her father encouraged her to get involved with the student council, telling her that it would help her in the future as well as make important ties with people that she keeps on missing, whether unintentional or intentional. So, she goes for it, but only makes it into the student council as its treasurer. A bit disappointed by the result, her father reminds her to try to fit in with others of her school. That although a person may have very good ideas, it's never a bad idea to get down and understand the people you will have some power over to understand their needs to be a better president as well as get them to know you as an ally. But, due to her reserved nature, she doesn't like trying to do things like that. The one time she did (only because Eisbär pestered her so much) it turned out to be a complete disaster, she managed to scare off the people she tried to befriend by just staring at them. She doesn't seem to realize how harsh her eyes can be, nor can she control it.
During her second year in middle school, her parents divorced. Ein knew it was coming for a long time, but she didn't expect her mother to just abandon her the next day. She left a note explaining herself for Ein to read, but she didn't seem to care for it. Although her mother was always home, she never really acted like she want to ever return to the house. She didn't acknowledge, at times, that Yukino was really her mother. Still, the stress of their divorce catches up to her in an unsuspecting way. She faints at her Karate Club meeting. Worried about her health, her father encouraged her to quit such activities and focus more on school work, and she did just that. Like what happened with her old band activities, she still practices Karate at home to ease her stress with Eisbär watching in defeat. Her father managed to bribe the principal to exclude the mandatory club rule for her daughter.
Ages 15-17 // High School
Right after the high school entrance ceremony, her mother visited for the first time since her parents divorced. Although she had been on the same island as her the entire time, her whereabouts always seem to be lost to poor Ein, so she quickly resolved to not caring where her mother went to ease her own worries. It is during this time, when her mother came to her home, that she finds out that her mother remarried right after the divorce to a man she had been in love with the entire time. The only reason she had come to see her is so that she can watch over her new, five year old little brother. Or, to put it simply, to dump the five year old into her responsibility. Although, she is technically not the official guardian of the boy, she respects her wishes due to the fact that he'll become the heir of her mother's company, rather than her and would take the some of the responsibility off her when he grows older. Her brother is a rather calm child, which makes if uncomfortably bearable to take care of him, rather for the maids to take care of him. Although, she is somewhat alright with this arrangement, her father is furious, and would have had her mother tossed out of the mansion if it wasn't for Ein's and Eisbär's interference. Both sides agreed, the moment the boy turn fifteen he would have to leave the mansion back to his mother's side.
Other than this drama, she still had to prepare for working at her father's company. During vacations, her father would stop by and pick her up, leaving her step brother with the nannies, to go interning at her father's work. Of course, he does pick one day for her to relax, but other than that, she has to work the rest of the time. Not that she ever complains, of course, why would she when she's privileged to have such a luxurious life? Only Eisbär complains that she needs to act more like a child. Either way, it was during this same trip when she learns that her father is involved with another man. Her first reaction was feeling a bit betrayed that her father had only told him of this relationship now, when the two had been living together for over a year. She doesn't seem to mind her other father, and accepts him considering how nice the two of them are to her.
Age 18 - 19
Since her time there in Japan had ended the moment she turned eighteen, she was shipped off to the England to the university she was accepted to there. Her house there became one of their vacation spots soon after. In fact, they (her “fathers” and she) had already picked out a new house for her to stay at when she moved there. Although, lately her workaholic habits have been becoming worse, without the maids to remind her, she doesn't seem to remember to eat along with those late nights studying. Not to mention her partner keeps eating what little food she keeps in the house.
It was only a few months later when she was picked up by DEATHS, who her father's lover was part of. She became an intern there, she was meant to be a "floater" wandering from one department to another, but most commonly was found working for a intelligent young man and his peculiar partner . . .

Quick Scan
Jaeger, or just Ein, is one of the most peculiar teens anyone could ever meet. On one hand, she's incredibly withdrawn from the world and keeping only her partner close to her. At times, she even finds his company to be a bit of a nuisance. On the other, she finds anything and everything about history fascinating. Including Digimon of the past. Often, she would get lost studying about them and the only one who would be able to get her to rest would be her partner. He constantly worries over her, masking it with a childish attitude and smile.
