History
Guilmon didn't really remember being born. All he remembered from that day was that he was just... there. And staring at a small creature trembling in fright. He cocked his head questioningly and for some reason, knew that this thing had been what had created him. Was he another Digimon? After telling the creature this, it stood up, his fearful face turning to ecstasy as he hugged Guilmon. Slightly confused but rather enjoying the show of affection, Guilmon allowed it. The creature said his name was Takato and that Guilmon was in Midgard... "Takatomon... Mid...gar?" Takato then shook his head, repeating the worlds name. MidgarD. Understanding now, Guilmon smiled at "Takatomon". He seemed like a rather nice Digimon to be partnered up with.
The following day, Guilmon went with Takato to his school where other children and their Digimon chatted with one another. Guilmon was entranced by the different varieties of Digimon and even saw ones that looked like Takatomon! He then saw one Digimon that caught his interest. It was a white cat Digimon with long ears, purple stripes and yellow clawed gloves on each paw. His yellow eyes stared into her blue ones and the Gatomon quickly bolted. The girl who was Gatomon's partner screamed as Guilmon charged, but missed and crashed into a few desks. Following Gatomon into the hallway, Guilmon nipped at her tail playfully. He loved this game so far but what he didn't realize was that Gatomon thought that her life was in danger.
With one final leap, Guilmon pounced onto her and pinned her down. He smiled, feeling that he had won until Gatomon raised a paw and slashed her claws deeply into Guilmon's snout. Roaring in pain, Guilmon jumped off of the creature and it used this opportunity to head back down the hall. Guilmons eyes teared up as his paws were covered in blood. Being recently born, he had no idea what this was except that it was painful... and that Gatomon had caused it. Charging up as much energy as he could into his mouth, Guilmon's mouth burst to the brim with flame but before Guilmon could send out the blast of flames, Takato stood in front of the cat Digimon, causing Guilmon to quell them almost instantly. Takato then took his paw in his hand and lead him to the bathroom. There, Takato took a paper towel, wet it, and gingerly cleaned the scratches. He began telling Guilmon that he could not do things like that in public. Guilmon looked down in shame, not wanting to make things harder for "Takatomon" and apologized. Takato smiled and accepted instantly, telling Guilmon that he would start teaching him how to a good Digimon.
Over the next 5 years, Takato and Guilmon became inseparable. Guilmon began to get along with all the Digimon at school and they even began helping Takato's parents in their bakery. That was where Guilmon discovered his love for bread. He could never have enough of the stuff and, as a special treat for Guilmon, Takato made bread that was shaped just like his head and called it Guilmon Bread. They also started to compete with the other Digimon is small battle matches for play. Guilmon's speed and power helped him triumph over all the Rookie Digimon at Takato's school and he even managed to beat a few Champion level, including a feline Digimon who had scarred his snout. As a gift, Takato gave the Lizard Digimon a necklace with a small red crystal as a sign of their never ending friendship and that no matter what happened, they would find each other.
One day, after beating a few of the older kids, Takato and Guilmon were heading home, drunk on victory and walking through a dark alley to enter the bakery from the rear. Suddenly, they found themselves cornered by the children from earlier who pulled out guns on them. Apparently, they had bet money on the matches and didn't like to lose. As Guilmon growled at the Digimon closing in, Takato tried to explain that it wasn't their fault and that how were they to know that the older kids would lose money. They then smiled, saying that they would take out Guilmon instead, ensuring vicory for them. The Digimon charged at Guilmon but the Rookie was much faster than the slow Champions. He dodged around them and blasted them with hot flames and clawing them with Rockbreaker. He made short order of the other Digimon, who returned to their Rookie state. Smiling, Guilmon began to turn to Tkato when a gunshot rang out and Guilmon felt pain in his chest. He saw a bullet hole right in the center of his Digital Hazard symbol and everything went dark as he collapsed.
Guilmon awoke in a forest but it was unlike any forest he had seen before. It had a different smell to it. It smelled of Digimon but also something else... Data? Asking a passing Patamon where he was, he was told he was in Asgard, a digital world full of Digimon. Guilmon then felt as if he was forgetting something and noticed he wore a necklace. That was when he remembered that he had a friend who was in trouble! But... Who was the friend? Was he here in this unfamiliar world? All Guilmon knew was that he needed to find him and make sure he was okay. He would travel all around Asgard if he had to...

Basically Guilmon is a dinosaur runs around, searching for his friend and eating everything that’s edible. In short, he’s a Yoshi. If you decide to approach, make sure he has no food about him or you will find yourself on the opposite end of a claw attack or worse, a Fireball. Even worse so if you try to touch the crystal he wears.
