History
Being a naive child, who was pretty much sheltered, Anthony usually had a question for anything that confused him. These questions were usually met with either an answer that didn't make sense, or they told him when he got older. The only thing he ever got straight answers from was his mother who was happy to provide her child with the knowledge (no matter how stupid) he desired. His mother had been a middle rank programmer within DICE, either making any Digimon that existed within the game or supervising whatever went her way. Anthony's father had given up his job to take care of him with her mother's job providing a steady income, even before Tony himself had been born.
Tony's childhood was normally spent looking at things that confused him or just made him plain giddy. He felt the same way whenever his mother brought her work home with her. He had a like for things of the digital persuasion. School was usually a different thing. He normally kept quiet and didn't talk unless spoken to, and withheld answers in class, even when he knew them. This warranted a trip to the guidance counselor, who decided to talk with the seven year old. He didn't say anything, except that he kept hearing a voice, telling him to keep quiet and basically blend in so nothing would happen.
the counselor believed this to be something made from his imagination, and sent the boy back to class. The counselor reveled this information to his parents. Tony's father didn't think of it any, but his mother thought it might have been something different, though kept it to herself just in case. One night, Tony had stayed up past his curfew to play a few games before hitting the hay. He heard another voice that didn't sound like his, nor his parents. "Go to bed, it's late." At first, he thought it was just his mother attempting to scare him into bed when he replied aloud. "Just a few more min- who said that...?" he turned around to see the door still closed, window open by a crack. The next day, Tony asked his mother if she heard something during the night. She responded with a shake of her head, and told him that it was just nothing. This planted another seed of doubt in his mother's head.
At the age of eight, Anthony had been listening more and more to the 'voice in his head' even more often. This usually applied to things that would get him in trouble, nudging him in the right direction toward certain things. At school, Tony usually stayed behind for tutoring because the voice told him too. It had a tone that felt it meant good, but it was still annoying. Like his parents when they told him to clean his room, do his chores, etc.
By age nine, Tony had been in bed more times than he could count. That plague that he'd been hearing about got to him, resulting in a splitting migraine and had him stay home for a few days. Once he felt better, he was taken back to school. A few days later, it happened again, but more intense as the boy blacked out during class. He was sent home for a few more days. This made Tony's mother worry in more frequency.
She had no choice. She was reduced to pleading to her bosses to help her son in any way they could. They agreed to give the young boy a set of headphones, but only if he could the boy could come and provide an opinion on certain things in the future, and to become a tester once he got older. She agreed to the terms.
The headphone corrected Tony's fainting spells, and it was like they never happened. As far as he knew, Tony had been sick for about a week with a fever and was fit as a fiddle. He usually skipped school to g with his mother to work to look at some stuff which just looked plain awesome to him, such as watching some of the gaming interns and being able to give an opinion on some of the games that were made, nothing more, nothing less. Unbeknownst to Tony, this was actually an attempt at observing someone hit by the plague, and other things, which would be revealed later in the future.
One good thing came out of this; the headphone had a jack inside for an mp3 player. Tony abused this full time, and usually keeps the headphones on, or around his neck.

Quick Scan
Tony is just a generic nine year old. He prods and pokes when he shouldn't and complains just like any kid. One problem is that he's open to anybody that seems trustworthy, which may lead to problems in the future. Do him wrong and you'll regret it. He can hold grudges for a long time.
Notes
So, NCISxBeyblade. Just so stupid it just might work.
